When you’re hauling or towing serious weight, the rear suspension can sag and throw off your steering and braking. LoadLifter 5000 air springs add up to 5,000 lbs of load-leveling support to keep things steady. They level your ride front to rear, maintain safe headlight aim, and help your tires wear evenly. With the weight evenly distributed across all four wheels, your truck stays controlled and predictable even when loaded down.
Different loads call for different support, and this setup makes it easy to tune how your truck rides. Each air spring can be inflated independently from 5 psi to 100 psi for precise front-to-rear or side-to-side leveling. Run higher pressure when towing or carrying heavy cargo to keep your rig level and planted. Drop it down when running empty for a smoother ride that feels close to stock. Manual inflation valves are included and can be mounted on the bumper for quick access, or you can add an on-board compressor system later for in-cab control.
These air bags are built to handle real work without giving up. Each spring uses 2-ply, fabric-reinforced rubber and exclusive upper and lower roll plates that protect against damage while boosting load capacity. The endcaps are made from high-strength Zytel nylon that’s lighter, stronger, and more corrosion resistant than steel—so rust won’t rob you of performance over time. Everything needed for installation comes in the box—mounting brackets, hardware, air lines, and manual inflation valves. Great product very well built all the parts are of great quality . Airbags and mounts fit perfectly just had to tie back my emergency brake cable out of the way but that's a ford issue not an airbag issue they fill up and hold air very nice pulling my toy hauler thanks for the great production
The airlift system, kit 57390, was exactly what I wanted. I have a gooseneck hitch in my 2000 F350 and it works perfectly. Easy to install it and am very satisfied with it.
After one year they are still working great. Had my 3,000lb plus slide in camper on the pickup for over six months of that time. So far they have been great.
The air bag kit is good for the adjustability in ride. Depending on your load. Only issue was my non standard exhaust by the passenger side bag. I like the fit inside the frame vs the old style I had which sat outside of the frame. Great stability with my fifth wheel being towed. Easy install.

Bought them to level truck while pulling Fifth wheel trailer. Seem heavy duty enough.
Quick shipping and great customer service. Install went very well and has helped reduce the rear sag on our 01 F350 dually. We have a +3200lb Palomino truck camper in the bed. My next project will be replacing stock sway bars with heavier duty sway bars.
Overall I am quite pleased. The install took me about 3 1/2 hours. Now that I know how to do it, I could probably get it done in 2 1/2. The kit comes with an instruction booklet, but the directions aren't the easiest to follow. etrailer has an install video that makes the process much simpler. I installed this kit in conjunction with a B&W gooseneck hitch and they work flawlessly together. I plan to use this truck to tow my 24' gooseneck trailer. It's primary use is on the farm and I haul some heavy loads. I also have installed the Airlift compressor. All together, it makes a nice setup.
3. Can you arrange one of the techs to check out the 5th wheel hitch I installed for proper fit and height?
4. Something I'm not too familiar with, my dually says the front tires at cold should be 65 psi when cold and the rear dually tires should be 55 psi when cold. I know the tires are rated for higher psi's. Should I be putting in more psi's with the trailer loaded into the truck?

Kit installed very easily. This particular application had a western hauler bed and the airbags went on without issue.

They are still working and seem in good shape. I’ve pulled horses, flat bed trailers and all of them loaded with animals or multiply machinery etc. They are great to have and have worked great since day one.
